Staff Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to support our growing finance team by leading month-end close, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes ownership, ensures accuracy, and enjoys improving accounting processes. Responsibilities Lead month-end and year-end close activities Manage the general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations Prepare financial statements and management reports Support AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and fixed assets Assist with audits, tax documentation, and compliance Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and SOPs Support inventory accounting, job costing, and profitability reporting Partner with finance and operations teams on key initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience Experience with ERP/accounting systems (IES preferred) Strong GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
