Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist (PT)

• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and treatment plans for K-12 students
• Familiarity with relevant documentation and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students individually or in groups, according to their IEPs
• Conduct assessments to determine therapy needs and progress evaluation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Maintain detailed records and reports aligned with school policies
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies
• Provide guidance to staff on adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations
