Job Description Our client is a global real estate company that is currently looking for an On-Site Office Admin for one of their locations in Southampton, NY.
This individual will be the first friendly face welcoming clients and guests, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the sales gallery every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00AM - 4:00PM . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great interpersonal skills, a passion for real estate, or an interest in exploring a dynamic and fast-paced industry! - Gain hands-on experience in real estate, customer service, and administrative operations.
- Work alongside an experienced sales team in a high-profile luxury development.
- A Saturday and Sunday schedule from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, makes it ideal for those seeking consistent part-time work.
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Coordinate tours, prepare guests for appointments, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Answer inquiries (in-person, via email, or phone), provide helpful follow-up, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain a customer database with accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep the sales gallery and model residences looking impeccable by coordinating minor operational tasks (e.g., flower deliveries, IT support, housekeeping).
- Assist the sales team and project managers with administrative tasks and communication.
- Provide general support for the Sales Director and team as needed.
- No prior real estate experience is required-hospitality, retail, event planning, or office administration experience is a plus!
- A friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail-you love keeping things on track!
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Reliability and the ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
- Availability every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM is required.
