It is an intensive, 24-month rotational program consisting of four six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of MBA programs with over five years work experience.This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders. Marketing TrackThe Marketing track provides PMAs with exposure in the key areas of consumer, product, and digital marketing. The Marketing PMA will interact with senior executives within our powerhouse brands and functions. Participants will also gain exposure to the global marketing strategy of the organization and how it is implemented throughout the regions and affiliates. They will gain a comprehensive understanding of ELC brand marketing calendars and competitive analysis.Sample Rotations:o North America, 360 Marketing, Clinique o Global 360 Marketing, La Mer o Global Consumer Insights, MAC CosmeticsHow Does the PMA Program Help Participants Succeed? Support From Leaders• Program and rotation managers who will provide guidance and mentorship• Immediate exposure to senior leadership• Informal and formal feedbackDevelopmental Programs• Intensive three-week onboarding program• Full week of developmental education in between first two rotations• Strengths-based individual coaching throughout your time in the programPost-Program PlacementUpon successful completion of the program, PMAs are considered for Director-level roles at ELC.
