Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Ensure your certification remains valid throughout your tenure.
