Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join the Performance Excellence Team, supporting multiple high-impact, global technology initiatives. This role will focus on projects involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics, automation, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly analytical, and capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. Key Responsibilit ies Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals Create business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and support decision-making Design and evaluate proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with technical architecture and business objectives Develop test cases and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions Support change management by helping stakeholders transition to new processes or systems Maintain Power BI dashboards for transparent status and task tracking Assist with project tracking, preparing weekly updates, reports, and meeting agendas Schedule and facilitate status meetings with key project stakeholders Engage stakeholders to validate scope, confirm tasks, and prevent scope creep Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience gathering requirements and writing technical business documents in a corporate setting Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data analysis Experience using Power Automate to create and implement automated workflows Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query Strong note-taking and documentation skills Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Preferred Qualifications Experience with SharePoint Background in finance or accounting Familiarity with LEAN/Six Sigma principles Exposure to JIRA or willingness to learn Certifications (if any) No certifications required Certifications in LEAN/Six Sigma, Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA), or Power Platform tools are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel, Inc.
