Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting contract opportunity is available for a dedicated professional experienced in Applied Behavior Analysis! We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or ABA Therapist to provide valuable support within a school-based setting near Newark, DE. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping students thrive by implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions and collaborating closely with educational teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for students
  • Overseeing the implementation of ABA therapy and ensuring fidelity to behavior intervention plans
  • Providing consultation and training to teachers, staff, and families regarding behavioral strategies
  • Collecting and analyzing data to guide instructional decisions and monitor student progress
  • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and ethical guidelines
  • Participating actively in team meetings to ensure cohesive academic and behavioral support

Ideal qualifications and experience:

  • Current Board Certification as a BCBA required, or demonstrated experience as an ABA Therapist in a school setting
  • Thorough knowledge of FBA, BIP development, and data-driven intervention strategies
  • Ability to collaborate positively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience working directly with school-age children with developmental or behavioral needs
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
