CEO Assistant

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 1-3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting top-level management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently. Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced work environment. Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive attitude. Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings, conferences, and public speaking engagements. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled. Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain and update files, records, and office systems, ensuring easy access to critical information. Assist with financial and budgetary duties, such as tracking expenses, creating reports, and processing invoices. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones are achieved. Provide research and prepare background materials for meetings, reports, or speeches. Liaise with other executives and team members to ensure smooth coordination and communication across departments.
