Family Law Paralegal

We are a respected and client-focused family law firm, are seeking a dedicated Family Law Paralegal to join our Hackensack office. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, and post-judgment issues Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, CIS forms, discovery demands, settlement agreements, and correspondence Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth case progression Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and hearing materials Support attorneys with case management and client communication Conduct basic legal research as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in family law Strong understanding of New Jersey family court rules and procedures Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Compassionate, professional, and client-service oriented Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth Meaningful work serving individuals and families navigating major life transitions #J-18808-Ljbffr CyberCoders
