ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Founded in 2012, our agency is led by Daniel and supported by a team of 10 dedicated professionals who bring a strong blend of insurance, claims, and financial services experience to the work we do. Daniel has more than 25 years of personal experience in the industry and holds a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Chemistry from Oral Roberts University, along with FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 certifications. He is deeply family-oriented, married for 18 years with four children, and brings that same care and thoughtfulness into helping individuals and families tailor coverage to their real needs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Daniel Parker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service from one of the following companies: State Farm, USAA, Farmers, Allstate, American Family, Chubb, Liberty Mutual, New York Life, Guardian Life, Mass Mutual Life or Northwestern Life.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
