We’re partnering with an emerging cybersecurity software vendor looking for its first dedicated Channel Account Manager. The business is investing in a partner-led sales model and needs someone who can turn that ambition into pipeline and revenue.

\n

\n

Reporting directly to the GTM leader, you’ll have ownership of building the foundations: how partners engage, how opportunities flow, and how the business turns reseller relationships into repeatable sales.

\n

\n

This suits a seller who has moved into channel and still enjoys hunting, opening doors and closing business. You’ll need the commercial instincts to win opportunities and the practical experience to build the processes behind them.

\n

What you’ll own

• Build a scalable US channel sales approach, with an initial focus on strategic reseller partnerships.
\n
• Use your existing partner relationships to create access, engagement and joint opportunities.
\n
• Help establish partner pricing, deal registration, opportunity management and rules of engagement.
\n
• Get close to partner account executives and technical teams, giving them the knowledge and confidence to sell the solution.
\n
• Work alongside the direct sales team to develop accounts and move partner-led deals through to close.
\n
• Set clear commercial priorities and measure success through qualified pipeline and revenue.
\n

Who we’re looking for

\n

\n
• 5+ years in cybersecurity sales, channel sales or partnerships, including hands-on experience with major US VARs.
\n
• A track record of building a channel operation in a startup or emerging vendor, including the processes needed to make it work.
\n
• Strong, current relationships across the US cybersecurity reseller ecosystem.
\n
• A background in direct sales or new business development, with evidence of successfully selling through partners.
\n
• Confidence positioning technical security products and explaining their commercial value in a competitive market.
\n
• Energy, initiative and the ability to make progress with a lean team and limited resources.
\n

Cloud security, CNAPP, Run-time security experience would be preferable.

\n

Package and location

\n

\n
• $270,000–$300,000 OTE, with a 60/40 base-to-variable split.
\n
• Base salary of $162,000–$180,000 , depending on the agreed OTE.
\n
• Equity, healthcare and 401(k).
\n
• Remote working, with candidates based in New York, Chicago, Boston, Miami or Texas .
\n
