Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish trusting and secure relationships with clients through effective communication and empathy.

• Conduct thorough assessments, including intake interviews, to identify mental health concerns and service needs.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, ensuring cultural and personal relevance.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor client progress regularly by evaluating treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to the therapeutic process.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families to enhance understanding of mental health issues and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with outside specialists, schools, and community resources when appropriate to ensure comprehensive care.

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid LMFT license in the state of Texas.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

• Certification or experience in addiction therapy, with a solid understanding of substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
