Remote Leave Specialist: State & Federal Leave Expert
Ryder System, Inc.
Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Leave Specialist to manage full-cycle leave of absence cases across the United States and Canada.
You will handle intake, eligibility checks, notices, review medical documents, and decisions, while guiding managers and employees to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience. This role requires strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws, experience with Workday and ServiceNow, and high-volume case management.
