This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still engaging with a vibrant team dedicated to improving mental health outcomes. Our work hours include a regular schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to understand patients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline coping strategies and therapeutic goals in joint collaboration with patients.

• Provide ongoing support by monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and ensuring consistent engagement with therapeutic goals.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma management techniques and stress reduction practices.
\n
• Coordinate with social service agencies, healthcare providers, and community outreach programs to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

• Facilitate workshops or group sessions to promote coping mechanisms and foster community support among trauma patients.
\n
• Stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling by completing continuing education courses necessary for maintaining National Certified Counselor credentials.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on trauma injury patients who require specialized mental health support. These individuals may have experienced significant emotional distress due to challenging life events, including accidents or traumatic situations. You will take an empathetic approach, listening attentively to their stories, and exploring effective interventions to help them regain control and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience working with trauma patients or in similar mental health settings.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to manage documentation and reporting efficiently.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring effective interaction with patients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
