Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, integrating patient histories and evaluations to inform treatment strategies.

• Design, implement, and refine tailored clinical treatment plans that address the specific psychiatric needs of each member, facilitating both short-term and long-term mental health outcomes.

• Engage with patients and their families to provide educational guidance regarding compliance with therapeutic and medication regimens, enhancing adherence and maximizing treatment effectiveness.

• Prepare detailed documentation, including intake summaries and case records, ensuring all information is maintained in a secure and confidential manner.

• Coordinate with physicians to monitor and evaluate patients eligible for psychotropic medication, contributing to their overall treatment strategy.

• Serve as a mental health consultant to other health care providers, sharing your expertise in behavioral medicine to improve patient care across the clinic.

• Offer support to patients’ families in understanding treatment processes and providing interventions that promote acceptance of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including adults and children experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic mental illness. Your ability to engage empathetically with clients from different backgrounds will be essential in fostering treatment trust and success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required for this position.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in either an outpatient or inpatient setting, working under licensed supervision, is essential.

• Experience with individual and group psychotherapy as well as crisis intervention is highly valued.

• Proficiency in diagnosing mental health conditions accurately and creating effective treatment plans is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
