Fitness 1 is a private, family owned gym in Celina, TX. We are currently seeking a front desk sales associate who is high energy, friendly, and has excellent customer service skills! Sales experience Preferred.
We're open 24 hours/7 days a week but only staffed 9am-9pm, which means no early mornings or late nights! Our shifts run from 9am-3pm or 3pm - 9pm, so please keep that in mind when applying.
NOTE: We are looking for a team member with open availability as we need some weekday mornings, some weekday evenings and Saturdays. We are not staffed on Sundays.
Only part time positions are available at the moment.
The ideal candidate takes initiative, is outgoing & professional, and works well with people/customers. Some sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Greeting members with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
-Sell memberships and upgrades
-Cleaning and maintaining the gym equipment, machines, tanning beds, and locker rooms
-Providing great service to members and guests by answering phone calls, setting up appointments
-Setting members up in the tanning beds
-Providing tours of the gym
-Accepting payments from members
-Attends and participates in all general and team meetings.
Must be flexible to work various shifts (some morning/night/and weekend shifts)
Starting pay $13-14/hr+ Commissions , depending on experience!
