Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A compassionate, non-judgmental attitude and a willingness to understand clients’ unique experiences and challenges are essential.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance a diverse client caseload and administrative duties effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health setting or similar clinical environment is a plus.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), is advantageous.
