Billing Clerk – Temporary Project Location: South Florida – Remote Duration: 3–6 Month Project Start Date: Immediate / Next Week We are seeking an experienced Billing Clerk for an immediate 3–6 month project with a professional services organization. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates throughout South Florida. The ideal candidate has prior billing experience within a professional services environment and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Responsibilities: Prepare and process client invoices accurately and on time Review billing information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies Maintain billing records and supporting documentation Assist with account reconciliations and billing adjustments Research and resolve billing-related questions Work closely with accounting and internal teams Support additional billing projects as needed Requirements: Previous billing experience within professional services is required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with high-volume billing and deadlines Strong Excel and general accounting system skills Must reside in South Florida and be able to work a hybrid schedule Must be immediately available and able to start next week This is an urgent project, and interviews are being scheduled quickly This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced billing professional who is between positions and available to begin a new project immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
