We are seeking two motivated Litigation Associates with 2 to 6 years of litigation experience to join our busy team. HHMR values work-life balance, while providing the highest level of legal skills to its clients. Attorneys at HHMR get real, practical, and immediate litigation experience. Our attorneys have direct contact with clients, take depositions, draft and argue motions, work with experts, and participate in case strategy from intake to resolution. Construction litigation experience is helpful but not required, but a genuine interest in this area of law is a must. Strong litigation fundamentals, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn are essential. Qualifications: • Experience in litigation, with a focus on construction and casualty cases, for two to six years. • Ability to lead and manage cases from inception to resolution, ensuring alignment with client goals. • Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and arguing motions effectively. • Experience conducting depositions and interviews with witnesses and experts. • Ability to collaborate with clients to develop case strategies that align with their business objectives. • Experience participating in settlement negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes. • Strong research and analytical skills to support case strategies and enhance litigation outcomes. Compensation: $110,000+ yearly, increasing depending on experience
