Responsibilities: Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Maintain landscape beds through weeding, mulching, and pruning shrubs and hedges Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as directed Assist with seasonal landscape enhancements and plant installations Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and meet quality standards upon completion Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members on daily tasks Requirements: Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance preferred Ability to operate commercial mowers, hand tools, and power equipment Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform manual labor Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Valid driver's license Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail Pesticide applicator license a plus, but not required About Us: U.S. Lawns is one of the nation's leading commercial landscaping franchises, with a strong local presence in the Jackson, MS area serving businesses, HOAs, and commercial properties throughout the region.
