Learner Engagement Manager

To enhance learner engagement and enrollment, the full-time salaried Learner Engagement Manager will lead marketing strategies for academic programs, utilizing insights and performance data to optimize the learner journey and collaborate with academic partners, either remotely or onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Key responsibilities Increase academic partner enrollment through targeted learner engagement strategies and campaigns Optimize the learner journey by identifying and addressing friction points to reduce drop-off rates Influence academic partner marketing strategies by recommending effective positioning and messaging Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, academic marketing, or product marketing roles Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Experience in creating compelling program positioning and messaging for adult learners Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external stakeholders Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI applications in marketing
