Email and SMS Retention Manager

Owning the email and SMS retention strategy, the full-time Retention Marketing Manager will drive revenue growth by optimizing campaigns and customer journeys while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and manage email and SMS retention strategies and campaigns Build and optimize customer flows in Klaviyo, including welcome and replenishment sequences Conduct A/B testing to enhance retention metrics and overall CRM performance Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in email/SMS marketing for DTC or e-commerce brands Strong proficiency in Klaviyo Demonstrated ability to drive measurable retention and revenue growth Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on conversion Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
