The Nurse Manager mentors and develops clinicians, supports evidence-based practice, and partners with physicians and leadership to improve outcomes. You will drive unit performance, manage budgets and resources, and foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous learning aligned with UCHealth’s mission and values.
