Labor Attorney

Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply expertise in labor law, specifically in areas such as collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, and union-related issues. The successful candidate will represent clients in a wide range of labor disputes, advise on labor law matters, and ensure full compliance with relevant legal standards and regulations. Salary: $150,000 - $330,000 per year. Provide expert legal advice on labor law matters, including compliance with labor laws and regulations, labor relations, and labor contracts. Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues related to labor law, preparing detailed legal reports and memoranda. Draft, review, and negotiate labor contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality legal services. Keep up to date with latest developments in labor law and adapt strategies accordingly. Conduct legal training and workshops for clients on labor law matters. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. Minimum of 5 years experience as a labor attorney dealing with collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, and union-related issues. Proven track record of representing clients in labor disputes and collective bargaining negotiations. Excellent research, analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other legal professionals. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in legal research software and other legal technologies.
