Business Transformation Analyst

Overview We are the North Carolina Association of Insurance Agents, Inc. (NCAIA). We support independent insurance agencies across North Carolina and empower our members through innovation, collaboration, and growth. What You’ll Do Technology modernization: Help replace legacy systems with modern, connected technology that improves workflows, data access, reporting, and user experience. Business process improvement: Document current processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and help design practical future-state workflows. Requirements and stakeholder coordination: Translate business needs into clear requirements while serving as a bridge between leadership, users, vendors, and development teams. Testing and launch readiness: Support user acceptance testing, track issues, coordinate feedback, and help prepare teams for successful system launches. Data, reporting and system support: Improve data quality, reporting, dashboards, user permissions, and long-term system support. AI and automation innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline manual work, improve efficiency, and responsibly use AI, automation, and emerging technology. Qualifications Experience in business analysis, systems implementation, process improvement, or technology transformation; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment; strong judgment and attention to detail. Technical and systems skills: Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred; experience using project tracking, documentation, collaboration, or workflow tools; ability to learn new platforms and support testing, data validation, and reporting. AI and automation mindset: Comfortable exploring AI tools to improve efficiency, summarize information, draft documentation, and support decision-making; interest in automating repetitive tasks and improving workflows. Location Must be able to work from the Cary, NC office at least two days a week after training. Typical compensation: approximately $80,000 per year.
