Help Desk System AdministratorAir and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening for a Help Desk System Administrator at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. Travel <10% Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active final Top Secret clearance upon hire date. The applicant must also be able to maintain their security clearance for the position. Certification Requirement: The applicant must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or higher certification requirements on hire date or must obtain such within 6 months of being hired.Education and Experience Requirements:High School Diploma and 6+ years of relevant work experience, orBS/BA Degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience, orMS/MA Degree and 0 years of relevant experienceExperience resolving technical problems in a help desk environmentExperience working with internal and external users and organizations to support customer user-level requirements, including resolving end-user support requests, and researching and deploying advanced technologiesExperience resolving access requests for user accounts and other desktop support functionsExperience using automated tools and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracyExperience developing training and system documentation for users to promote efficient operation of applicationsPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in a technical fieldExperience with Atlassian Jira and ConfluenceExperience supporting a DoW customerExperience in SharePointExperience working on a Service Desk or Help Desk team, with demonstrated excellence in customer service
