Senior Oncology Account Manager (Carolinas)

Immunome

Immunome seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager for the Carolinas to drive territory sales of varegacestat, a targeted oncology therapeutic in desmoid tumors. The role combines field-based sales execution with cross-functional collaboration to establish the company as a trusted partner within the oncology community.

Responsibilities

Achieve territory sales objectives for varegacestat aligned with national brand strategy
Develop and execute territory business plan identifying priority accounts and call strategies
Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and key opinion leaders in desmoid tumor care
Deliver compliant clinical and value-based selling messages to healthcare providers
Track activity metrics and business results using CRM tools; partner with cross-functional teams on market insights

Requirements

Proven success in oncology pharmaceutical sales or account management
Deep knowledge of desmoid tumor treatment landscape and sarcoma specialists
Ability to build and maintain compliant relationships with physicians and healthcare providers
Track record of achieving territory sales goals and executing business plans
Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing, market access, and medical affairs teams
