The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll run the full recruitment cycle - building client relationships, sourcing top talent, and closing deals. You'll be: Proactively winning new business Sourcing and interviewing candidates Managing offers and negotiating placements Hitting targets and earning uncapped commission Building your own specialist market What We're Looking For 1-2 years in a sales or target-driven role Confident, outgoing, and ambitious Money-motivated with a strong work ethic Resilient and excited by a challenge Why Join Oscar?
