Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Illinois
• Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric settings
• Comfortable providing trach and G-tube care
• Ability to assist wheelchair users and manage mobility needs
• Dedication to 1:1 care responsibilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• No PEL required

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-time, onsite position (35 hours/week), starting ASAP through May 27, 2027
• Provide consistent 1:1 nursing care for a 20-year-old transition student
• Ride the bus to and from the student’s home in Zion and Laremont each school day
• Manage trach and G-tube needs, wheelchair assistance, and daily monitoring
• Ensure student safety and health throughout the school day and transportation
