Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and develop personalized therapy strategies to support their functional achievements.

Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Apply evidence-based techniques to improve patients' mobility, cognitive abilities, and independence in everyday activities.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide seamless and comprehensive care.

Guide Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers essential therapy methods to encourage continued progress beyond the clinic.

Observe and Document Progress: Monitor patient development and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring consistent progress towards their goals.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Commitment to continued education and support for post-graduate certifications.

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
