This position features a manageable caseload of 70-80 students and provides a hybrid work model—enjoy one day each week working remotely to focus on report writing, while remaining days are dedicated to in-person student assessment, testing, and participation in ARDs.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Texas Speech and Language Pathologist Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Experience with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads with organization and compassion

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech/language services to students across K-12th grades
• Conduct in-person assessments, manage documentation, and deliver therapy sessions
• Participate actively in ARD meetings as a valued team member
• Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to support student growth
• Utilize a day each week for remote report writing and planning to streamline workload
