This role will be responsible for applying procedures and exercising judgement to support managers and employees and process accurate payroll.Responsibilities:Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for over 22,000 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets.Confirm and deduct appropriate taxes, garnishments and other special payroll deductions.Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve concerns timely.Responsible for employee updating employee records.Electronically files all employee forms.Back up for payroll tax, unemployment and garnishment remittance.Handles all I-9 tracking, management and compliance.Requirements:2 - 3 years of experience in multi-state, multi-location, payroll processing, familiarity with federal and state regulationsExcellent customer service skillsHighest level of confidentialityDetail-orientedStrong customer service skillsStrong planning, organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently but be a strong team playerBenefits Available:At Cinemark, we believe every team member should feel like a hero.
