* Seeking an HR Administrator to support a growing HR team during a period of significant growth and change.
* Primary responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, reporting, and HRIS support onsite. Core Responsibilities
* Manage onboarding documentation and employee records
* Coordinate offboarding processes and documentation.
* Support background check administration (handled internally).
* Run HR reports and assist with upcoming performance reviews.
* Maintain employee data within HRIS. Experience * Paycom experience strongly preferred.
* HRIS experience preferred.
* Strong administrative and documentation skills.
* Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. #LI-CS1
