Shift 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 22 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience. Experience with Epic is required. Requirements Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Local & travel allowed. Candidates living 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Additional Details References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Required Skills/Experience:- Med-Surg experience required.- MS/Tele.- Telemetry.- Interpretation of dysrhythmias.- Telemetry - on the unit monitoring.- Use of Rapid Response Teams.- Feeding tube care and management.- IV therapy/phlebotomy.- Blood product administration.- Central line blood draw.- Peripheral line care/management.- PICC line management.- Starting IVs. Preferred Skills/Experience:- Hematology oncology experience preferred but not required. Required Credentials:- Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. Special Requests:- Cannot apply to any James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities if you have an active application to any of the Ohio State University facilities. Unit Details:- Adult and geriatric patient population.- Patient population includes lymphoma, multiple myeloma, acute leukemias, chronic leukemias, sickle cell disease, other non-hematologic cancers, and other benign hematology.- Chemotherapy, blood transfusions, IV antibiotics, oncologic emergencies including tumor lysis syndrome and cytokine release syndrome, insulin drips, and heparin drips.- Heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls. Shift & Scheduling:- Weekends - variable based on unit needs. Floating Requirements:- Floating to other Med/Surg and Oncology units. Details AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position.
