Our client is a nationally recognized law firm with a growing footprint in Texas, known for delivering sophisticated legal services across complex litigation matters. Job Description

Organize and maintain case files, including managing electronic and physical records.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and other legal documents.
Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery requests.
Coordinate and manage case schedules, including deadlines and court appearances.
Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
Review and summarize legal documents, depositions, and trial transcripts.
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining billing records and tracking case expenses.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Litigation Paralegal should have:

3+ years of being a Litigation Paralegal
Experience in energy and oil & gas litigation matters
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and court document preparation.
Experience with legal research tools and resources.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Detail-oriented approach to handling complex legal documents and case files.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
