Client Service Coordinator - Community Management

Responsibilities Lead management team on serving Community Association clients to provide day-to-day operational, covenant enforcement, and design review services. Complete projects as assigned, assist in preparing board packets and communications, track documents, and direct vendor relationships. Develop knowledge of state statutes governing local governments, CRS Title 32 special and metropolitan districts, budgets, public records, hearings, notices, purchasing practices, policy formation, and tax structure. Manage small public infrastructure planning, financing, construction, and maintenance alternatives. Develop understanding of statutory compliance issues for special districts and municipalities; complete small statutory compliance matters and track related calendar. Provide superior client service in a support role; conduct site visits; coordinate client facility reservations/use. Qualifications BS/BA in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field, or Associate's degree with two years of experience, or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of a bachelor's. At least one year of experience in city or county management, public works, land development, or related field. Ability to travel to client sites between Colorado Springs and Denver area. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office products. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills.
