Strategic Enterprise Client Success Executive

Enterprise Client Success Executive II We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Success Executive II to drive value and foster long‑term partnerships with our high‑profile clients. In this post‑sale role, you will nurture relationships with key stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor, guide customers toward their KPIs, and support retention, renewal and growth across your portfolio. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with internal teams to align account activities with each customer’s unique business case and strategic objectives. Execute agreed‑upon plans, adhering to mutually agreed timelines with the customer. Develop and maintain comprehensive joint impact plans for top accounts, ensuring ongoing alignment and value delivery. Proactively inform and guide customers on new features and releases to enhance their experience and maximize value. Monitor adoption and utilization trends, offering tailored recommendations based on evolving business needs. Identify potential renewal risks and retention challenges, collaborating with internal and sales teams to secure successful renewals. Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion, enabling named Account Executives to drive growth effectively. Conduct regular, insightful customer business reviews to foster transparency, alignment, and mutual success. Act as the primary advocate for customers, channeling their feedback into continuous improvement across product development and service delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. 10+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or other client‑facing roles. Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑divisional, and multi‑geographical client portfolios. Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Services). Thrives in fast‑paced environments, agile in multitasking and embracing diverse responsibilities. Industry expertise in media monitoring, SaaS, PR, or Marketing preferred; bonus for Project Management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Open to a hybrid work schedule, required to be in the office one day per month. Legal eligibility to work in the country of hire. Base salary range: $111,300 – $149,100; On‑Target Earnings (OTE) range: $159,800 – $213,000.
