Director of Security Operations

Seeking a results-oriented senior leader, the full-time Director of Security Operations will oversee security programs, compliance, and business continuity for all North American facilities, driving operational excellence and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner overseeing physical security, compliance, and business continuity programs Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to reduce risk and ensure audit readiness Lead the enterprise Business Continuity Management program, including Business Impact Analyses and crisis management plans Required Qualifications MS/BS degree in business administration, criminal justice, information security, or related fields (Master's preferred) 8-10+ years of progressive experience in corporate security or related security leadership roles 7+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site programs in a critical infrastructure environment Experience with compliance, risk management, or business continuity Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
