Accounts Payable Analyst

Ledgent Accounting & Finance has partnered with a growing real estate investment and property management company and is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk with Yardi experience. This is a contract to hire position and offers tremendous growth opportunities! Must haves 6 months to 3 years of accounts payable experience Detail-oriented and great communication skills! Must have experience with Yardi Responsibilities Recording and keeping all invoices in accounting systems. Paying vendors on time, verifying signature on invoices, coding, preparing checks and mailing checks Monitoring deadlines of all payments. Resolving issues with vendors when needed, for example, payment discrepancies, credit errors, void checks, reissue payments etc. Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the Accounts Payable functions and duties.
