Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate educational and therapeutic group sessions aimed at skill-building and emotional support, documenting patient goals and interactions to track progress and inform individual care plans.

• Engage actively in treatment-planning meetings, both contributing to and integrating feedback regarding patient progress and challenges, ensuring that all documentation reflects updates on treatment plans accurately.

• Identify and address resistance and conflicts that arise during interactions with clients, families, and community representatives, employing effective conflict resolution techniques to minimize tension and encourage constructive behavior.

• Create and maintain comprehensive, accurate patient records in accordance with industry standards, documenting all assessments, interventions, and communications to ensure continuity of care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that assess individual strengths, needs, and psychosocial risks, guiding clients toward effective coping strategies and support systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Heal California Wellness Services offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
