The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in supporting equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and die cast equipment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on die casting and manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose equipment issues and complete timely repairs to support production uptime
Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
Use electrical testing tools, diagnostic equipment, and hand/power tools safely
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
Maintain a strong safety-first work environment and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications

2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret schematics (electrical and hydraulic)
Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment testing
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
PLC troubleshooting or programming experience (preferred)
