Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients by establishing trust and demonstrating empathy.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders through a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and needs.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, adapting treatment as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Perform ongoing evaluations of client progress and therapies, modifying strategies to ensure effective outcomes.

• Lead group therapy sessions, providing insight and techniques that foster mutual support among participants.

• Work collaboratively with a network of specialists to refer clients who require additional support or resources.

Your focus will be on a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, couples navigating relationship issues, and families seeking support with dynamics and communication. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, allowing for a rich experience in a variety of therapeutic contexts. You will play a critical role in helping them develop coping strategies and tools to lead healthier lives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Training or substantial experience in addiction counseling, particularly with evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Strong therapeutic skills with a focus on client motivation, engagement, and holistic wellness.

• Adept communication abilities to ensure effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants with specialized experience in treating families in crisis or those who have faced traumatic events are strongly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and flexibility in treatment applications are also advantageous. Previous experience in a telehealth setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
