Practice Details:

Practice Setting: Hospital
Support Staff: 2 Permanent Physicians
Coverage Needed: August December dates, 24 hour call only starting in August
Average Callback: 2 6 hours per day
Surgeries (OR): 3 4 per week
EMR: Cerner
Hospital Size: 99 beds
Robotics: Available (Not Required)

Procedures:

Required: Ureteroscopy, Laser Lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, Flexible Cystoscopy
Preferred: TRUS Biopsy, In-Clinic Vasectomy
Disposable Flexible Cystoscopes Available

Requirements:

Board Certification: BC or BE
Arizona License or IMLC LOQ Only
DEA Required
Minimum 1 Year Experience
