Construction Manager

Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multi-family residential construction projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage multiple multi-family residential construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve schedule, quality, and budget issues. Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and enforce safety standards. Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documents. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of construction management experience. Minimum 3 years managing multi-family residential construction projects. Experience with projects ranging from 50 to 500+ residential units. Strong knowledge of wood-frame, podium, and/or concrete multi-family construction. Thorough understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, estimating, and budgeting. Experience managing subcontractors and contract administration. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
