Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health challenges to craft tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting emotional resilience.

• Collaboratively set actionable therapeutic goals with clients and consistently track and evaluate their progress towards achieving mental health objectives.

• Maintain meticulous documentation following ethical standards and best practices within the field of therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of New York or eligibility for licensure in New York.

• Demonstrated experience working effectively with culturally diverse populations, providing culturally sensitive therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
