We are looking for a personable individual who will add to our work culture and join us in delivering high quality care to our clients and pets. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting clients and patients as they arrive for appointments and notifying technical staff when they arrive. Checking in/out patients; processing payments. Answering phone calls and routing calls as necessary; processing faxes and emails in a timely manner. Acting as a liaison to effectively communicate information between clients and medical staff. Coordinating and scheduling appointments; identifying potential emergencies and scheduling them appropriately; confirming appointments. Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of client/patient accounts; entering and obtaining previous medical records for new patients and updating accounts as necessary. Client education; becoming familiar with preventatives, vaccinations, routine testing, etc. to be able to confidently discuss with clients Maintaining hospital cleanliness. Candidates must be comfortable handling patients and communicating with clients on a regular basis. Full-time employees are eligible for complete benefits.
