Payroll Admin

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Admin to support payroll operations for a financial services organization. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fully onsite environment. The person in this role will assist with payroll-related documentation, mail handling, and data validation while helping maintain accuracy across daily processes.Responsibilities:• Support payroll administration by preparing, organizing, and distributing payroll-related documents in a timely manner.• Review spreadsheets and records to verify data accuracy, complete audits, and identify discrepancies that require follow-up.• Manage internal mail handling by sorting, delivering, and coordinating the movement of time-sensitive materials.• Print payroll documents and arrange shipment to designated recipients while ensuring confidentiality and proper tracking.• Maintain organized files and records to support efficient payroll processing and administrative operations.• Collaborate with payroll leadership and team members to address routine requests and keep workflows moving smoothly.
