Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 200 ranked national law firm seeking a 2nd to 4th year Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join its San Francisco, California office. This is a litigation only role for an associate who enjoys technically complex disputes and wants consistent hands on experience across core phases of IP litigation including case development, discovery, and motion practice. The firm offers a sophisticated litigation platform with a collaborative, partner accessible team structure and matters for innovative businesses, providing a strong environment for attorneys who bring initiative, sound judgment, and a steady work ethic. The Opportunity You will support a busy IP litigation practice with an emphasis on technically oriented disputes. The work is expected to include drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, preparing for hearings, and contributing to overall case strategy in close coordination with partners and other team members. This position is designed for regular in office collaboration and is expected to be in office five days per week.
