VP of Product

Owning the direction of Pharos Cloud, the full-time remote VP of Product will drive product strategy, engage directly with enterprise customers, and manage the complete product development cycle while reporting to the CEO. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Pharos Cloud, originating plans and recommendations Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with key enterprise customers to inform product development Oversee the full product development cycle from discovery through launch and iteration Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management with significant senior-level experience Proven track record of owning a product through its complete lifecycle, from discovery to iteration Experience connecting product decisions to revenue outcomes such as ARR, retention, and pricing Background in a company with fewer than 300 employees, thriving in a lean, fast-paced environment Demonstrated technical depth through direct collaboration with engineering on architecture decisions
