Investment Banking Vice President- Capital Markets

A leading global investment bank is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Vice President to join its Capital Markets team in New York. This is an opportunity to play a key role advising corporate and sponsor-backed clients on a wide range of capital raising transactions, while working alongside senior bankers on high-profile mandates across industries. Responsibilities Lead the execution of equity, debt, and other capital markets transactions. Manage transaction processes from origination through execution and closing. Develop and review financial analyses, valuation materials, offering memoranda, investor presentations, and other marketing materials. Coordinate with clients, legal counsel, accountants, and other transaction participants. Support senior bankers in business development efforts and client relationship management. Monitor capital markets activity, industry trends, and investor sentiment. Mentor and manage Analysts and Associates, ensuring high-quality work product and professional development. Participate in client meetings, pitches, and strategic advisory discussions. Qualifications 4-7 years of investment banking experience, with a strong focus on capital markets. Experience executing equity capital markets (ECM), debt capital markets (DCM), convertible, or other financing transactions. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple live transactions simultaneously. Experience leading junior team members and reviewing work product. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
